How Apprenticeship Programmes are Structured

FieldStar Founder Steve Radford is a work-based learning professional specialising in sales. Steve is working closely with the Trailblazer group of employers, providing consultancy advice and support as they develop the Standard and the Assessment Plan for the forthcoming level-4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

Steve is a fellow of the APS (the Association of Professional Sales), who intend to become the approved End-Point Assessment Organisation for the level-4 apprenticeship once it’s launched, and is closely involved in their assessment planning conversations.

Steve is also an active member of the AELP (The Association of Employers and Learning Providers), who are recognised experts in all aspects of apprenticeships, employability support and vocational learning.
