James has more than two decades of experience with some of the world’s most successful blue chip organisations.
Starting his career with Coca-Cola Enterprises, James has worked in a variety of sales, marketing and strategic leadership roles with Colgate Palmolive, Bacardi, Heineken, global eyewear leader Luxottica, and iconic British luxury brand, Burberry.
In early 2015, recognising the impact a beginning in field sales had on his own career, James founded his own company, On the Frontline to bridge the talent gap between bright people looking to start sales careers, and premier league field sales organisations struggling to attract the best talent.
After a collaborative partnership with FieldStar and with a shared philosophy and common way of doing things, James joined the team full time, integrating his own company to form FieldStar Academy.
James is also a fellow of the Association of Professional Sales, and a volunteer youth mentor for award-winning youth employment programme, Resurgo Spear.
