Objectives & Benefits

To help field staff get more work and be better at the work they do:

  • It’s the first ever industry-wide training and accreditation recognised by many agencies.
  • It will ensure you understand the different types of work the industry offers, which may increase the number of jobs you consider and feel able to apply for.
  • Once you’ve passed the course we'll add the details to your FieldStar profile, which you can share with agencies to prove your training status.
  • We'll also give you some suggested text that you can include on your CV and within any job application cover letters you send. When applying for jobs the accreditation will identify you as a serious candidate who has invested time and effort in their professional development.
  • It will help you understand what agencies and their clients are looking for from your work. Helping you to be better at the work you do and increasing your chances of future employment and promotion.
  • The course also helps agencies meet their legal obligation of ensuring all their staff receive health & safety and data protection training. Saving time and effort for everybody.
