Sales Consultant – Mars Confectionery
Basingstoke and the surrounding areas
£7.06 ph, plus annual bonus expenses & allowances. A highly target driven, permanent part-time role for 20 hours per week.
Are you friendly and approachable? How would you enjoy an escape from your routine, selling the UK’s most iconic confectionery products?
In this exciting role you will manage and develop your own territory of foodservice outlets, creating optimum share of space and product visibility in-store and educating your customers to use point of sale material effectively. Highly results oriented and tenacious, you will identify and develop new opportunities as you nurture existing business and ensure there are no gaps in stock.
The much-loved brands of Mars in the UK include Mars Bars, Snickers, Galaxy, Maltesers, Twix and Milky Way. Fully aware of competitor activity, you will gather information and encourage input from customers, using your strong influencing skills to establish and build rapport.
As you meet with the Team Manager and other team members for one day a month, you will have the opportunity to share experience and insights and, take part in conferences and training. The role requires a UK driving licence and use of your own car.
