Sampling work involves using field staff to place free samples into people’s hands. The goal being to ensure the samples are given to people who are potential customers rather than simply to hand out as many samples as possible.
Frequently the sample being handed out is of food or drink, and potential customers are encouraged to build a positive relationship with the brand by getting to sample it for themselves. This relationship with the brand is also reinforced by the positive and lively actions of the staff delivering the sampling work, as shown by the brand ambassadors in the video below.
